Q1: Are you insured?
Yes, it’s very important that anyone working in your home/office be insured. We are fully insured for up to £5m and a copy of our insurance certificate is available on request.

Q2: Who will be in my home/office?
A uniformed and highly trained cleaning operative monitored by our supervisors who will carry out regular quality control checks of the work done in your home/office.
Q3: What time of day can you clean my home/office?
We are open 24 hours per day 7 days a week. You as the client can choose what time of day is convenient for you.
Q4: Does somebody need to be at the home/premises when the operatives are working?
Not at all. All our cleaning operatives are highly trained and know exactly what work they need to do. We also have keyholding sheets that the client and a manager sign to keep customers’ keys in our safe at our offices that only get signed in and out when the client’s cleaning is due. We also have client requirement forms that the customer can fill out and leave for the cleaning operative should they wish to do so.
Q5: Do I have to do anything before the clean?
Not at all. Leave the cleaning to us that is the service you as the client are paying for.
Q6: What about the cleaning materials and equipment?
All materials, products and equipment are supplied by Canonbury Cleaning Services Ltd.
Q7: Do I have to sign a contract?
Domestic clients do not have to sign any contract whatsoever. Commercial clients have to sign a contract that runs for 12 months and can be terminated at one month’s notice by both parties.
Q8: How do I pay for my cleaning?
We email all of our invoices to clients on the 3rd week of every month for payment to be made into our company bank account on the last working day of the month.
Q9: Who do I contact if I want something extra done or if I change or cancel my cleaning?
You can contact our office at any time by email, phone or text.
Q10: What if something gets broken when my cleaning is taking place?
Should an accident or breakage occur we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will make every effort in the first instance to have the item satisfactorily repaired. If it cannot be repaired then it will be replaced. If it is not possible for it to be replaced, the case would be handed over to our insurers who would endeavour to calculate a replacement value.
If you have any item of sentimental/antique/irreplaceable value, please let the office know before your first clean.
